Bei der Buchung von mehr als einem Hotel der Kette unter einem einzigen Namen mit dem flexiblen Tarif behält sich Vibra Hotels das Recht vor, 25 % als Anzahlung zu berechnen, die nicht erstattet wird. Bei der Buchung von mehr als 3 Zimmern können besondere Bedingungen und Zuschläge gelten. Vibra Hotels akzeptiert keine Mehrfach-Gruppenbuchungen über diesen Kanal, so dass jede Buchung unter diesen Bedingungen vom Hotel storniert werden kann, ohne dass das Hotel die Bucher oder Begünstigten der Buchung entschädigen muss.
